I didn't realize the book was paperback, I might have missed that in the description. I am not finished with the book but am really enjoying reading it. It is probably one of the easiest reading books I have read in quite a while and has a very entertaining story to tell.

This is a great little book with a message everyone can relate to. How many of us go about our lives oblivious to our true potential? I bought several copies to have on hand as gifts...I also made it the subject of my book club! Funny and poignant. I look forward to the next book by this author!

I was relaxing in a chair at home when the thought struck me, "What if you died and found out you had really messed up the life you were supposed to have led?" It compelled me to write this book.
This story is about someone who has strayed so far from his original purpose, he has to be called back for a "do-over". I hope you like Chet. He is kind and unassuming.
I hope you like "The Chief" too. I gave the Almighty a few flaws so that you wouldn't wonder why he couldn't just "fix" Chet.
Please don't try to read anything profound into the story. If something strikes you as significant, consider it an accidental gift. It didn't start out as a book with a moral, and thanks to the excellent editors at Book Surge, I'm pretty sure it didn't become one. Enjoy.
